Distance contract

  • The Seller of goods sold in this online store, Autex Lietuva UAB, registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania, Reg. No. 302539907, 9-ojo Forto g. 67, Kaunas, LT-48101, Lietuva on the one hand, and the person making an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Contract:
  • The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer goods in accordance with the Buyer’s order and the choice made to receive the order.


Procedure of ordering, delivery and payment

  • The Buyer shall order goods via www.autex.lv, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the possibility to pay by paying the prepayment invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature.
  • Legal persons shall pay the full amount of the invoice or in accordance with a prior agreement on the terms of payment.
  • Natural persons shall pay the full amount of the invoice.

The Seller shall ensure the delivery of goods:

  • within 5 working days of receipt of the payment for the goods, agreeing on the delivery time with the Buyer if the goods are in stock;
  • the delivery time shall be agreed individually if the goods are not in stock. 


Right of withdrawal

  • The Buyer shall have the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by sending the Seller a letter of withdrawal. At the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall send the letter of withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail.
  • It is the duty of the Buyer to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. Any expenses incurred when returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
  • The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
    • the goods ordered cannot be returned due to their nature;
    • the goods ordered have been produced specifically for the Buyer based on an individual order.
    • the Buyer has deliberately damaged the goods or their packages.
      Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that “the consumer shall be liable for preservation of the quality and safety of the goods throughout the withdrawal period”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal to the Buyer or keep a compensation fee if the goods have been damaged due to negligent treatment during use or not following the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or significantly damaged.


Data processing

  • When entering the necessary information and preparing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees that his/her data are used for the Seller to be able to accept the Buyer’s order and to deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. When entering information, the Buyer agrees that notices related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to his/her e-mail.
